About Tom
Established by Tom O’Connor (MinstLM, CMCE, PVM, SNLP), the experienced business leader, licensed NLP Practitioner, local Radio presenter and Business ambassador, Confident Factor coaching was founded based on his ardent belief in the potential of every person and business to achieve their goals – no matter what point they start.
The Founder/Owner
Business experience: Tom calls on 30 years of corporate business. In that time his results included leading, coaching and mentoring large teams to deliver multi-million pound turnarounds in performance. He has also project managed large-scale customer service, colleague development, performance management and IT projects, in addition to stakeholder management of a major corporate re-organisation.
NLP Practitioner: As a licensed NLP practitioner, this enables positive changes to thought processes, behaviours and beliefs that compliment client development.
Corporate Social Responsibility: Tom is passionate about “Giving Something Back” to Southampton. As a radio presenter for Voice FM (Southampton), he interviews guests that are making the local and national headlines. He also invites local businesses to actively offer advice and support to Southampton listeners, where he also plays the best music on the radio! He’s also a Business Ambassador for Solent EBP, which works in partnership with business, schools, colleges and the wider community in Southampton to broker mutually beneficial relationships and learning programmes that help young people and adults to develop their employment skills and understanding about the workplace.
