The Founder
Tom O’Connor (MinstLM,CMCE,PVM,SNLP) calls on 30 years of corporate business experience.
In that time his results included leading, coaching and mentoring large teams to deliver multi-million pound turnarounds in performance.
He also project managed large-scale customer service, colleague development, performance management and IT projects, in addition to stakeholder management of a major corporate re-organisation.
